Body Talk – how their secret signals are communicating to you?
When you’ve just started dating a new love interest, there’ll often be insecurity and doubt as to whether they’re really keen or not. At times you’ll feel confident that this has long-term potential, and at other times, you won’t know where you stand with them. One way of getting a handle on things is to look at their body language. What secret signals are they communicating to you? Take a moment and think about how they behave around you in different settings. Pay particular attention to the following 6 body talk signals:
1) Smiling When you first see your love interest are they smiling at you? Do they light up when you’re with them, and do you get a sense that they’re happy to be around you? 2) Eye contact When someone likes you they’ll give you plenty of strong eye contact. Does your partner give you long gazes, is there a twinkle in their eyes, and do you catch them looking at you? 3) Personal space When you’re out on a date with your partner are they comfortable to be close to you and get up in your personal space? Do they initiate sitting next to you, cuddling, standing close and whispering to you? Do they stand close to you when you’re out in public? 4) Kissing How does your partner kiss you? Is it a peck on the cheek or a little kiss on the forehead? Or is there passion and intensity with their kisses? Do they linger on and does the kissing lead to other things? 5) Affection Does your new love interest initiate affection – hand holding, cuddling, putting their arm around you, stroking your hair? Are they comfortable with public displays of affection (PDA), and do they make you feel desired? 6) Sex Have things moved forward with you and are you now having sex? Is it passionate and experimental and do you connect in the bedroom? How much sexual chemistry do you both have, and are they keen to initiate?
